1. You keep ownership

Your name, likeness, performances and creative work remain yours. These beta controls do not transfer copyright, grant an exclusive license, or appoint Cypher as your talent agent or legal representative.

2. Every footage deal requires a separate yes

A real licensing proposal must identify the exact asset, buyer, approved uses, term, territory, exclusivity, compensation and fees. Cypher cannot accept a footage license for you from a preference saved on this screen.

3. Gigs and sponsorships stay separate

Creating a talent profile or using the Gigs tab grants no footage rights. In this connection-only beta, sponsors and dancers communicate, negotiate, contract, and arrange payment directly. Cypher does not procure, promise, negotiate, accept, or collect compensation for performance work. A future assisted service may appear only in a separately labeled lane after qualified counsel confirms the jurisdictional path and any required licensed provider, disclosures, and separate terms are in place.

4. Protection is reviewed and lawyer-led

Optional monitoring can find possible commercial matches and preserve evidence. A human reviews each match. Licensed counsel—not an automated toggle—decides legal claims and controls legal demands or proceedings.

5. Rights must be verified asset by asset

Appearing in a video does not always mean you own its copyright. A final workflow will record the videographer, event terms, music, collaborators, prior licenses and the rights you can actually grant.

6. Money is disclosed before approval

Sponsor postings disclose proposed compensation, but you and the sponsor confirm the final terms and payment directly. Cypher takes no percentage of gig compensation in connection-only mode.

7. Nothing happens through silence

All preferences begin off. Turning one on records interest only. Final contracts, creator approval and any required professional review remain separate. You can change these draft preferences at any time.

1. Beta accounts

Account creation is currently free. Any future paid feature must be shown and accepted before a charge.

2. Support ads are a prototype

Support ads play only after a viewer taps Support. Demo balances are not real funds, and no payout is promised until the payment program is live.

3. Your content stays yours

Uploading does not transfer ownership of your videos, moves, name or likeness. Final platform terms will require only the limited permission needed to host and display content. Footage licensing, sponsorships, monitoring and protection require separate, conspicuous choices.

4. Gigs and sponsorships

Cypher provides technology for profiles, sponsor-posted opportunities, expressions of interest, search, and direct messages. Sponsors create and control their postings. Dancers choose whether and how to respond. In the connection-only beta, Cypher does not represent either party, procure or promise work, recommend or negotiate deal terms, relay or accept offers, bind either party, collect gig compensation, or take a gig commission. The dancer and sponsor negotiate, contract, and arrange payment directly. Features may vary by location. Any future assisted service must identify the responsible legal entity, jurisdictional authority or license, fees, and separate terms before it is used.

5. Money

Cypher does not hold gig pay in connection-only mode. Sponsor postings may describe proposed compensation, but the parties confirm final amounts, expenses, payment timing, tax responsibilities, and contracts directly. Prototype balances are not real funds.

6. Protection

Reports and monitoring support evidence review; they do not automatically create a claim, demand, takedown or lawsuit. Licensed counsel controls legal analysis and legal action for the proper rights owner.

7. Community

Battles are decided by votes — one per member. Call outs are invitations, not obligations. Respect in the circle applies here too: no harassment, no stolen uploads, no fake credits.

8. Leaving

Account and content deletion controls will be defined in the final terms. Signed deals, if any, run only for their separately approved term.

9. Privacy

Fine-grained controls live in Settings. Monitoring can be paused. Analytics/advertising pixels are disclosed here: the app uses AdRoll for reach measurement once configured. Pex/Vobile and Pixsy are not connected. No asset is sent to either provider unless a future flow names the provider and obtains the required asset-specific permission.
